Sunnyway Diner in Greencastle

I drive past this place regularly on my way to work. Today, I decided to stop in and have some breakfast. I'm so glad I did! Breakfast was delicious and cooked exactly how I like. This is a "homestyle" type of place so you can tell the food was made with care and the ingredients are fresh. My waitress, Sandy, was very kind, friendly and efficient. I could tell she was busy but she still kept my coffee topped off, brought my food out hot and chatted with me a bit. Good food and good service. I will definitely be visiting again. 👍

Damn good! Service was intelligent, very fast, and food was fresh and super tasty. This is a little gem of how America used to be. Way to go Sunnyway!

Great diner food. Had breakfast here with my son during a baseball trip. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Good coffee. Don't hesitate, go ahead and visit this diner.

The perfect Americana diner! We’re halfway home on a 12 hour trip and stopped in for dinner. We were treated with a pleasant smile and immediately seated. Our waitress, Billie Jo, was super attentive, perky and engaging! We’re gluten free and there were plenty of options. The restaurant was super clean, wait staff were all nice. The food was fast, homemade and really hit the spot! We had Delmonico steak (cooked perfectly) and a big salad. We didn’t have desserts but I saw generous slices of delicious pies being served with huge dollops of whip cream. What a great place! We’ll be back on our next road trip!

Best macaroni salad I've ever had

Your usual diner setting. They don't serve breakfast all day which was disappointing. The unsweetened tea had a weird taste. It kinda tasted like butter....

It was very good. I'm so sorry I can't remember my waitresses name, She was Very Pleasant 😢Forgive me.. but the service and the food was excellent. We had the fried oysters and the fried scallop platters. Delicious.. We will be back 😋😊

Great homemade food. The bus person really was attentive to clearing our finished plates for us to have room to chat with my lovely wife and hold hands like we was 18 all over!!

Usually a good place to eat but not today instant potatoes were too runny food was not that great.

Small diner. We just had breakfast. Food was ok. Husband asked for eggs over light. They came out totally hard. Asked for sausage well done. Sausage was not well done but edible. Waitress very slow. We most likely will not return.

Great service and food. We got hot turkey sandwich w/mashed potatoes and lima beans. The lima beans were a little soft and sweet which was just ok. We also got a bacon cheeseburger w/an order of fries. Super good home cooked burger on a potato roll. We will be back!

Fantastic food. My favorite is the hot turkey sandwich. Sadly its only available on saturdays and mondays. It definitely needs to be available every day. Staff could use a shot of friendliness and to smile a little.

Nice menu selection at reasonable prices!

The spinach and bacon was a mushy blended mess. My sister's baked potato was cooked until it was dried out. Fish sticks were dried out as well. Medium steak was well done.

Very good beef pot pie!

The last few times going here have not been good. Service has been lackluster at best. The most recent visit had a restaurant atmosphere of a morgue. No emotions from the staff and almost no customer chatter. Although today we dined outside the breakfast rush, the restaurant seemed subdued. The food was also not worth the price. This restaurant used to be decent. Cheap but decent. Now, I really can't recommend it anymore.

Dinner was typical dinner food. Nothing spectacular. Only go there for convenience.

Home made chicken soup was out of a can, unsweetened tea was sour and cheeseburgers meat was well on verge of spoiling. Nice, polite waitress. Disappointed ☹

The Diner has an awesome deli in the back. Salads, hoagies, fried chicken etc. The best around

Typical local diner. Home style food. Plenty of seating. Quick service good prices. I love the Turkey subs as for it is real turkey you get not lunch meat turkey.

They give such small amounts of food ... And high bill!! Never go back again!!
